Religious Education at Luston and Shobdon

We follow the Herefordshire agreed syllabus for our RE lessons.Â
Within our lessons we introduce children to a range of religions that is built upon from EYFS to the end of Key Stage 2 in a spiral curriculum, building upon knowledge built upon previously.  We encourage children to think about what they have learnt about people's beliefs and to reflect upon the similarities and differences to their own lives and beliefs as well as between religions. We encourage children to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding. To help with this visits and visitors form a fundamental part of our lessons.
